New Peeps arrived today!

I will post some pics tomorrow. We ordered 8 from My Pet Chicken (3 GLW, 3 partridge rocks, 2 welsummer). All arrived, alive and well. Hooray!

Did they send you any extras? When I ordered from them in April, I ordered 11 and got 20! Lets just say I was a tad surprised. I could see throwing in a couple but 9 extra! Unfortunately they were all roos and we had to get rid of them. I still miss them! They were funny little guys!

I am glad they did not, though. I have 6 chicks that a friend hatched for me. Some I am pretty sure they are pullets, but there are at least 2 that I am unsure of! I will have to find a home for them, or my DH will cull them for dinners!
