Do any of these four chicks give telltale signs of roo'ism? I know it's a bit early, they were a week old wednesday. Just curious! 2 EE and 2 BR

Sula is the one with black/orange wings. Munk is the one with white/orange wings. Binny is the BR with white on her wings, Joon is the BR with black wings.

Your girls look just like the first 4 I got. Mine hatched on March 24th. I was told my tan/brown chipmunk striped colored ones were Araucana's. The order form said Araucana specifically not Easter Eggers. I wonder if mine are true Araucana's or not? Your BRs are just like ours also! We have one with black wings and the other has some white on her wings https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploads/50913_p3250116.jpg https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/uploads/50913_p4050264.jpg

Sorry
, can't get the photos show. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. Hope you can click on the links to see them, not sure.

I am amazed at how vibrant the EE wing colors are, it's really cool. I don't know much about Araucana's, got my four at the local feed store. I was waiting at 7am and was the first one to pick my chickies, so hopefully no certain roo's got mixed up. I have to find a home for one of the BR, whether it is a roo or a hen though. I only have max capacity in the coop for 3 of them. Just waiting to see if they are roo's or pullets. I am definately keeping the two EE though, hopefully they are both girls! lol. They are both real sweet.

And alright, when abouts is a good time to tell? 5 weeks? 8? Thanks for any info

If your chicks came from a hatchery or farm store most likely they are Easter eggers not Auracana's. Most true American or Auracana's come from Breeders. I think it's too early to see roo features yet, wait another week or two! Very cute chicks:)

Cute chicks! I have a book with photos of sex-linked traits in BR chicks. Males have light leg color and large splotchy white spot on head; females dark legs and small narrow spot on head. Looks like one of your BR is a roo. I can't see the legs of the other chick to tell.

Alright yeah I think I have a BEnny, not a BInny lol. It's comb is larger then the other one, and it is much more arrogant/aggresive. Not MEAN, just real cocky lol. What are the chances of me rehoming him and not having him get killed..? Thanks
