new pout hatched but cant stand up

what is the couse of this and how can i fix it..he just lays on his side kickin his feet, his brothers/sister are movin around jus fine but he dont come close to standing

Sometime they will do that or flip over backwards - it's usually the last ones that hatch that do it. You can try to prop it up in a corner or next to a feeder. Sometimes they will come out of it sometimes not. Each time you go to check on it, dip it's beak in water since it can't get around to drink. Hopefully it will get stronger and be able to "stand on it own two feet"
