I have 3 chickens and just last week introduced a pullet, the lowest chicken of the 3 now seems to be alienating herself, she’s being picked on a bit and she just isn’t herself, she doesn’t mind the new pullet.
my question I guess is will she pull out of this funk and be ok ? I’m trying to make sure she eats but can’t be positive she is.

How old is your hen?
Is she laying eggs?

To me, it's odd that 1 pullet that was just introduced would gain rank over an existing low rank hen in such a short period of time.
Check to make sure she's not sick - see that her crop is emptying, look her over for lice/mites.
Do observe them all, see if you need to add another water and feed station to ensure that she's getting enough to eat/drink.

I would try to leave her with her flock if possible, but you'll want to heavily monitor the situation. Isolating her (separation) could make it even harder on her when it's time to put her back.

How much space do they have - sq ft of coop and run?

No no no, I have 3 hens and the lowest rank hen is being picked on by the other 2 since I brought in the pullet (pullet is getting picking on also) I didn’t expect the 2 higher to bother their sister that they have been with for 2 yrs.
she’s now in the nesting box because I guess that’s where she feels safe, I gave her her own water and food in there. The 2 highest don’t want her around

Yea, agreed on making sure there isn't something else going on. How do the poops look? Since you just introduced a new pullet, it's possible she may have brought an infection with her and you're seeing the signs of an outbreak developing. Not to sound the alarm since it is hard to know without seeing her, but I'd consider if she, and the flock need to be treated.

I don’t know I haven’t seen her poop lately since she’s been in the bushes and kind of hiding.
i know the lady I bought the pullet from so I know that she didn’t bring any thing with her
I just feel bad because the 3 three all got along perfect till I got the pullet. I never knew she was the lowest in rank between her and the second hen. I know who the Queen is for sure though lol
