New pullet is making a weird grinding noise

Hello. I bought 6 new pullets today. 5 cream legbars and one silkie. They’re about 6-7 weeks old. They are In quarantine before I introduce. There is this one beautiful cream girl who is making a weird noise. It sounds like a grinding sound (my daughter says it’s like she chewing on grit but inside). It not just when she breathes it’s just a random sound coming from her chest/stomach area. And when you pick her up your can feel it.

She’s not swollen, nor leaking (both face or butt). She’s eating and drinking regularly. She looks like a healthy bird other than this sound. Anyone have any ideas?

A video would be helpful. From the sounds of it and in my personal experience and opinion, it sounds like it could be either respiratory disease, sour or an impaction of the crop or digestion that you’re hearing.
