New pullets? Cleaning?

Recently found out 3 of my pultets are actually roos so will be re-homing them in Sunday. Now I will just have one Black Sex Link pullet all alone in the enclosure. I will have to raise the chicks till they can go outside with her but should I clean out the enclosure and coop before I move them in? It will still have all the poop etc. from my old roos and my current pullet! Thanks! Just paranoid I guess!!
