try the humain society or the pound. We have something called the neuter commuter. It is a big vet bus that drives around our county spaying and neutering at low cost. Call the pound and see what they can do. It costs about $50.00 to get a dog from the pound, and that pays for the chip, the shots, and the spaying. Also they now spay and neuter way before first heat, They do not wait for that anymore. I may have a perpetual puppy on my hands... but that's okay, she'll either keep me young or kill me with exhaustion.

I would like to see more german shepherd pictures please! I never get my strays as puppies. I am glad you get a bit of puppydom.
