New quail guy!

@rookbeak :frow Welcome from New Orleans. First hatches are always exciting and scary at the same time. Hopefully yours will be successful. I have nothing to add, as I do not have quail, just chickens. And I have never used an incubator; I have always used a broody hen. I feel safer that way. The hen takes care of everything and once in a while I have to help with a egg that is having trouble hatching. But we are talking about full size hens, not quail.
Please let us know how your hatch works out, and we are here for questions, so make yourself at home. :highfive:

Haha I definitely wish I had a broody bird to help me with these eggs. You don't have to check the birds temperature and humidity every hour or so like I'm doing with my instruments which may or may not be accurate 😆. I wish quail eggs were easier to candle, I'd like to know if my very cheap setup is working without having to wait another two weeks.
