id agree with the champagne...i dont see any ticking on them to indicate the other colors either...so champagne is likely, and champagnes have the red eyes (where as beighe are ruby eyes)

again its tough on a computer monitor but cocoa is descrided as "swiss miss" color cocoa have dark ruby or black eyes
whereas mink "To be an even mid gray-brown devoid of dinginess, silvering or patches, and having a distinct bluish sheen. Foot color to match top color. Eyes black"

given the blueish tinge you mentioned my money is on mink, but you also said they have ruby eyes...so mabe they are cocoa? (ive never seen a cocoa in real life, and on my monitor they look mink to me...)

That first couple you showed look exactly like the first pair of ratties I ever owned...it made me want to own rats again

I believe mine were beige and Fawn and completely identical to yours sooooo

I was told on another website that sometimes if the mink carries beige, their eyes can be ruby, so maybe thats what they are.
