New Roo in quarantine... Help me identify him?

Please help id "Dinky Roo" we got him today. He has short feathered legs & toes, guy said he's 3 years old.

Belgian Bearded d'Uccle is my best guess if he is a purebred. He doesn't look too beardy but I think there's something there? Does he have somewhat long feathers on his hocks?

Likely he's a d'Uccle cross[maybe with Japanese Bantam], or just hatchery quality, because some things look not quite right.

He could certainly be a crossbreed or mutt. I noted the japanese banty-shaped wings, so I can see that. The guy thought he had some old english bantams and he may have, but I liked this pretty boy more, and I don't see that breed in him.

He could be an oegb cross, can't be a pure one, though, those feathery legs must have their origin somewhere.
