New rooster introduction!!please help!!

Hi i'm trying to introduce a new rooster into my flock of 60 hens I already have 6 roosters the problem is that once hes done fighting with the one rooster another one comes and he gets exausted and cannot sustain all the fighting what is the best whay to handle this?

Remove all the original roosters leaving only the new one with the flock.
After 3 days add a rooster. Repeat this every 3 days finishing up with the most dominant.
