New Rooster not doing his job with ladies

I have new Rooster I borrowed from buddy.I figured change bloodline up a little.He has been here for 4 days and just stands around looking at hens.Hens have been actually crotching down in front of him waiting and he does nothing.

In a rare toying with anthropomorphism, I'll say....
Maybe he has performance anxiety...stop watching him.

But seriously he may just be still casing the joint and not quite comfortable there yet.
