New rooster shrugging

I recently got a trio of easter eggers, the hens are fine but the rooster since day one will not stand up straight. He looks like a dog thats about to get hit kind of shrugged down, not extending his neck or standing staright up like the other birds. He's still a peeper not an adult, about the size of a large pigeon. Doesn't seem to have any injury, not limping, eats and drinks. Anyone know? I can put up a picture once it stops raining.

Does he have scoliosis (spinal curvature)? That is a not uncommon hatch/genetic defect.
