New rooster, what color is he?

I always admired this roo at a friends farm and finally got a chance to own him. I love him and his unique coloring. BUT what would his color be considered? It is grey barred in his markings.

If its barred, I'd call him white black barred sloppy. If its lacing, white black laced sloppy. If its irregular ticking, I'd call him white black ticked irregular.

I'm not sure if its a mess up color or a pattern but I liked him regardless. I know that he's never reproduced himself in with black barred hens for my friend, just solids like the girls. But I didnt care. He's unique/eye catchy and I liked him.

It's not a "color" per se, so there's no name for it. I agree he's pretty and unique--I also love having birds different than anyone elses!

He doesn't really fit any specified color variety (he's probably a mix of colors), but he's a handsome boy!

The friend who gave him to me said its rare to see his pattern and she called him a white laced barred. But she even said shes not even 100% sure as that's what she was told. She said its not a recognized color but a flouk. But hes so kool lookin! I did see another roo very similar for sale on cl and they called him a laced barred too.
So what should I call him if he dont have a true color name?

Call him whatever you want. comeup with a name. Such as black ticked or black pok a dotted. He doesnt have a true color name so there is nothing to call him but a mixed color, just dont call him some color that actually exists like mottled, because he obviously isnt mottled.
