new rooster

I got another rooster today a rhode island red. I also have a silkie americuana mixed rooster in with 14 hens. I wanted to separate 7 hens in with the other rooster but when I put them in the run they were all over attacking him. What should I do? Both of the rooster are not aggressive toward people. but are trying to get through the fence at each other. Will this turn them aggressive?

That is natural behavior when introducing a new chicken (boy or girl) to a flock. You need to give it time and do it slowly. Perhaps but the new boy in a wire cage inside the run so that they can see eachother, but not get at eachother for a while.
