I have gotten a new rooster but my hens beat him up so how do i get them to accept him.

I'm not sure how you introduced them, but maybe put him in an area where they can see each other but not intermingle for a few days until they get used to him. Then add him to the flock at night when they are roosting. Less likely to reject him that way - then the rest is up to him.

My girls did the same thing, lasted almost a month...Now they wont hardly leave his side

I have put him in a chicken tractor beside my girls coop so they can see him.
