So after a bunch of research and looking at coops online. I decided I was going to turn the old whiskey barrel my uncle gave us last summer, into a summer chicken coop. This is my first time trying to to build a chicken coop, and I need to know how to make it suitiable for serama.
They are really tiny birds, so do I need to make everything smaller for them? like should the roost be skinnier, and the nest box smaller?
What do you guys think the most imporant part of a chicken coops except for predator proof, dryness, ventilation and ease of cleaning?
do you guys see any things that could be a big problem in the future, that I should plan for?
