Leg Bands on #4 are starting to dig into her legs. They need to be removed.

I did not notice that, thank you for pointing that out. Those bands are extremely tight and are cutting into the chicken's legs. That would be very painful. Remove those at once. Cutting circulation off for a long time would result in the body part falling off.
