New Silkie owner

Hi Everyone, I am Wilma from sunny South Africa. I bought a Silkie hen and rooster with there 5 chicks in middele Jan 2016. I love my new Silkie family, use Backyard Chickens website a lot to get all kinds of information.

Hi Wilma, very nice to meet you. You might like posting on the "Silkie thread," just put that in the search box and it will pop up. Silkies generally make the very best mamas and sometimes the roosters even help out.
