new silkie roo bobbing his head left to right...

i have a 9 week old silkie that bobbles it head left to right and i have been giving her selenuim with vitamin e and poultry cell in water for about 3 weeks now but if i stop it gets worse. i did start using nutri drech also on and off as there is more vitamin e in it. im still new to chickens. i have never had them til now. i have 3 silkies and then a mix of easter eggers and speckled sussex. a total of 20 chicks right now.

so i have tryed to treat for wry neck and it dont seem to go away, shes still does it so i'm guessing it is neralogical. i am kinda sad because i think its my only female silkie.
