New to Back Yard Chickens

have 2 Dominique Roosters and 5 Dominique Hens. We are learning a lot about the breed. We bought an automated incubator. We are about to hatch our first full breed Dominique chicks. We have run into some irregular shaped eggs and odd colors. Recently had an egg with albumin that was like water. Not sure what caused that.
