New to backyard chickens and have chicken probs already

Hi, I'm chuck, from south Florida. I've had chickens before, but I have a new flock and its my first flock in years. I have a leghorn, French Maran, barred rock, and brahma. I'm looking forward to any advice I can get.

My frenchie is swollen under both her eyes. I've given her tylan. But that hasn't helped. I've gotten some advice about what to give her, so ill see how it goes
