New to Backyard Chickens Swedish Flower Hen Question

I have 11 in an incubator and 5 under a broody hen. I am trying the dry incubation method for this breed. I have never used this method. In my last hatch of olive egger chicks, I had 5 die in the very last day or so. I am suspicious that I had the humidity too high and the air sac was too small
I have found SFHs to need a dry hatch and if you want to PM me I am happy to tell you what I do.

I have SFH babies! 6 have hatched so far and another 4 eggs currently pipping.
Eggs were incubated using the dry hatch method with around 30-35% humidity for the 1st 17 days. Then around 75-80% the last days along with a temperature between 99.3-99.8. 11 eggs were incubated and I had one that was not fertile. So hopefully all 10 will hatch!
