My husband and I have raised turkeys in the past and recently we decided to get some chickens as well. We were given three chickens before we started our coop so we let the chickens hang out with the turkeys. Unfortunately, the chickens were small enough to get through the wire of the turkey pen and 2 of them were eaten by a predator. So now we have one chicken left and she is no longer small enough to fit through the wire. She has adapted very well to turkey life and frankly I am wondering if she will be willing to leave the turkey enclosure once the chicken coop is complete. I have a question however about one of my turkey's that we have affectionately named Snot. due to the ever running mucus from his beak. I have ordered Vet RX ( from Amazon and it has yet to arrive) but I don't really know if that is going to help. Today I noticed that the left side of his face is much more swollen than the right and his eyes seem to be tearing as well. I feel so sorry for him. Does anyone have any advice? The other turkeys and chicken do not seem to be infected.

Hello there and welcome to BYC!

I am so sorry about your bird! I requested this thread be moved to the Turkeys forums. It's never advised to keep Chickens with Gamebirds/Turkeys. I hope you can get some help there.
I think it would have been better to move it to the Emergencies forum. It appears that the turkey has a sinus infection of some sort.

Welcome to BYC. Yes, it does sound like your turkey might have a sinus infection.
Where do you live?
Is the swelling hard or soft?
Is this turkey a pet or food?
Is a vet an option?
Do you have antibiotics? Something like Baytril is what I would use if he's a pet (banned in poultry to be used for meat or eggs).
