New to Backyard Chickens

The chickens are still doing great! The meat chickens almost look like they have doubled in size in the past week. The egg layers are also bigger, but they are no where near the size of the meaties. My wife tells me that the egg layers take around 5 months to mature, and the meaties take only around 10 weeks. So I will trust her on that
