gorgeous chicks, sounds like you need some sure fire predator proofing. Maybe you need to run some electric fence wires around the coop and run- and a livestock guardian dog would be a sound investment. Silkies are at a disadvantage due to crests and beards distorting their vision - plus silkie feathered wings that aren't up to serious flying.
If you are using chicken wire - please switch to 1/2" hardware cloth instead. Chicken wire is too flimsy and no match for any predator.
Also a cover on the run would prevent climbers or jumpers (down from roofs or trees) for attacking and also prevent hawk attacks.
Once predator finds an easy lunch they will continue to come back till they are disposed of permanently.
