Thanks to all and for your advise. To Michael, my coop is very close to my house and I have a little outside dog that will let me know if anything is around and two guard cats. I don't think anything can bother them without me knowing, but thanks for your advise.

You're welcome. I've never known cats to guard chicken coops (unless it's catching the occasional rat), but hopefully your dog is on the ball and barks loudly. :eek:)
