I'm fairly new to chickens, only had them since summer if 2017. I run a non-profit farm animal rescue and we currently have 41 rescued chickens (some from people who no longer want non laying birds, to debeaked former battery cage hens, to former cockfighting roosters, to "surprise it's a rooster" roosters).
I seek answers to questions that come up for me on this site often and get great answers!
I just want all my birds to have the best possible lives here, this is their forever home.
We also have ducks, geese and turkeys. Plus lots of 4 legged rescues too (pigs, goats, sheep).
