Hello!
I go by CA most of the time so you don't have to type out my whole long name! My family has a couple acre "farm". I grew up on horses but since we bought our farm we have expanded into other things. We have had chickens about 4 years and my step son has shown poultry with 4H for the last 3 years. Last year we went to a few local shows not with 4H and we decided we wanted to commit to a breed to raise and show as a family and settled on BCM. We have our regular "flock" of 35 hatchery layers. We bought 10 private breeder BCM and we are working on learning about the genetics of breeding. We hope to hatch our own eggs for the first time!
