New to BYC and a question on a hatchery

Hello all,
I just put an order in for 6 Silkie Bantam chicks through my local Blue Seal supply store and I asked where the chicks will be coming from. I was just wondering if anyone out there has received a Silkie from Welp Hatchery and were the chicks/hens friendly and fluffy (these will be pets for my daughters)
