New to BYC and Chickens

Hi All ,
I am new to chickens and the group. I acquired 5 laying hens about 2 months ago.
Since that time i have grown to include 8 chicks and 2 ducklings.
My layers are barred rock, ameracauna, and buff orp... the chicks are RIR and barred rock, not sure about ducklings yet.

I have read many posts on this forum, and find the info to be most useful.

A little update to the chicks and ducklings.
My four RIR chicks seem to be 2 RIR and 2 red sex links.
My 4 barred rocks are not barred rocks at all and my best guess from browsing pics is that they are golden Lakenvelders. 2 or 3 of which I believe to be cockerels.
. I will try and get some pics later and post as well.

As for the ducklings, one is a mallard hen and the other is a Black Runner.
All are doing well and have been introduced into my older hens with no problems.

Glad to hear your flock is doing well, chicks look like they are growing nicely. Sure was some mislabeling there though, does look like you have two red sex links (at least those tend to be wonderful layers) and the gold/black birds do look like Golden Lakenvelders and looks like three cockerels in that last picture.
