New to BYC and chickens

Hi all,

Quick introduction -- I have been preparing for chickens for the past 6 months (okay, 10 years really), but they finally came home last Wednesday!

If it weren't for all of the awesome advice on BYC I dont' think I would have done as great a job getting everything in place, and now that I'm well on my way, I thought it was high time I join into the discussions ;-)

We only moved to our current home 6 months ago (our last home did not allow backyard poultry), so I'm very new to this.

Looking forward to learning and hearing many more experiences!!
