New to BYC and from Erie, PA

Hiya! I am new to BYC and looking to learn all I can about backyard chickens. Hoping to learn what I can about any changes made to ordinances regarding having chickens in the city of Erie, PA as we are in 2020 . Does anyone have any information or is there anyone looking to change the ordinance whom I can help? I would like to get my coop built over the winter to be ready for chicks in the spring.
