Hi everyone. I will be a new chicken mom come August. Our new house has 5. Not sure yet what kind they are but I think they are all hens. My experience with chickens is limited to raising peeps for a few weeks then handing them off. I'm excited to learn what I can to have happy egg laying chickens. I would like to get some silkies once we are settled.
