I planned to get the Aivituivan extra large coop and fortify it with fresh paint and whatever could be needed. I am not handy or creative enough to build my own

That is a very bad coop. I strongly recommend you consider finding a used coop (properly designed) for sale and sanitizing it or converting an old shed or other out building into a coop.
