Hello! I'm a new member, though I've visited the site a few times. We have 5 chickens. 2 Buff Oringtons (1 year old) and 2 Easter Eggers and 1 Barred Rock (all 3 are 13-14 weeks old). My husband had chickens as a child, but these are my firsts. My boys are loving helping with them. I'm looking forward to all the information, help and learning from this site!

Welcome to BYC! You will find lots of useful information on this site. I like Buff Orpingtons for their beautiful color and gentle disposition, and my granddaughter likes the Easter Eggers for their colored eggs. Good luck with your flock.
