I am in Middle Georgia and we do have very hot, humid summers. I have BR's and BO's. Surprisingly the only heat exhaustion we have seen was a barr when temp was not really high, just a dramatic change. Shade, Fan and cool treats is the key. Surprisingly, the BO's have never showed any heat stress. Good luck with your new adventure.
