New to BYC, hello

The video wouldn't load. I can try a shorter one later if she is up to it. She is not that energetic today. She just started with a cough and some congestion sounds overnight. One of the people on here has a thread on antibiotics without a prescription that I have to read. She sounds like she needs some.

I hope she will be ok. :hugs

What did they do, leave ALL their pets?
The guy who left Quackers let his cat lose (another neighbor took it in once the poor thing calmed down enough to trust her). This guy did actually take his dogs, but I heard animal control took them away. The gecko was left in a plastic shoe box on my stairs when a snake breeder left. He did take his snakes though. Most of the cats are just taken outside and let go when people are evicted. Then a few wonderful ladies in the mobile home community and myself, try to get them before coyotes or fishercats. There's a healthy, but dwindling feral cat population too. I contacted a wonderful group when I moved in and all ferals were trapped, fixed, and vetted, then released.

You are AWESOME!
