New to BYC Hello!!

Hello! We are relatively new to raising backyard chickens. We currently have 9 hens who we care for on our 5 acre hobby farm. These hens free range all day on our property and we appreciate them greatly for the most delicious eggs we have ever tasted! We have 7 white chickens and 2 brown, all fluffy and super fun to watch. We also just started raising honey bees as well and are learning how to make homemade soap. Life on the farm is fun until someone gets sick. That is what led us to this website. Upon recommendation from a big chicken farmer, we are anxious to gain new knowledge from this community
