Hello,
I am new to BYC and I have recently purchased the RCOM king suro 20 fully automatic incubator and I am stuck on what size to cut the humidity pad, as the humidity starts off 45-50% then I want to raise it to 60-65% so advice would be greatly appreciated, I want to run it for a few days before incubating eggs.

hi ,i have the same incubator.
here in aust ,when first setting up the king suro, we just fold the humidity pad in half lengthwise & cut along the crease.
save half (put in box for later).
fold second half again lengthwise& place in the pad holding " v " pins

here we don't increase humidity at lock down but use 45% rite thru.

if u wish to increase humidity at lock down just adjust as per instructions using digital adjustment

humidity pad used in this fashion should last about 6 mths,so u will get 1 yr out of each supplied pad

hope this helps
Pete
