New to BYC & to owning chickens

Hello. We got our first 4 Golden Comets in February of this year. They were about a yr old. Then last week we decided to get baby chicks. We got a Barred Rock 2 wks old, Silver Laced Wyandotte 1 wk old, & 3 Black Copper Marans 4 wks old (2 hens 1 rooster). They are all a lot of fun. The Marans are outside in their own run so the older chickens can get used to them. The other 2 are inside & we take them out a few times a day to walk through the grass.
Glad to be a part of BYC lots of good info here.
