If they have been seeing one another for a while, introducing them should be fairly easy. Just make sure they plenty of space, multiple feeders and waterers, and keep an eye out for any bullying. I think that younger chickens take to one another better than older ones do, but I'm not certain, as I have done lots of introductions of different aged chicks.

I have 12 white leghorn and 4 brown chickens . my husband wants me to get them all in one pen. Well today I tried introducing them. I don't think it went well. I made sure I had water and extra feeder in there and the white leghorn wouldn't let them eat or drink and kept pecking at them and got them in the corner and wouldn't let them come out . so finally I went in and got them back in there pen? Any suggestions?
