New to BYC

New to the forum though I have been reading posts for years. My girls are 3 years old. Has been unable to move her legs at all for 3 days, they appear paralyzed. Her stool smells awful, like rot yet she is still laying and eating. Eyes clear, and alert. I am starting her on abx and supplements. She is separated from the other which end who show no signs of illness. Of course botulism and marke's seem possible but what do I do? Continue supportive care is it futile for her?
