We're new to raising Chickens, we decided to raise chickens as a way to show the kids where there food comes from and the work that goes into providing it. We currently have 10 chickens, 2 blue barnevelders, 2 silver leghorns and 6 rhode island reds. We built our own coop from a shed and built the run from scratch. We're learning as we go and having a good time doing it
