New to BYC

Hi! I’m a new chicken mama in SC. No chicken experience. I currently have only 2 week-old chicks, a Rhode Island Red and an Easter Egger. It was supposed to be a flock of 6 but we had a tragic unknown shipping mishap and despite arriving within 24 hours we had lost 3 and lost the fourth within a couple hours of getting them home. The hatchery is attempting to replace the 4 so fingers crossed. I’m in a suburban neighborhood in a small city that allows chickens.
