It is a long forgotten hobby that I can’t practice anymore due to not being out traveling as well to it having a but if history connected to it. I was an amateur fossil hunter as a youngling and it was something I did with my grandfather. He helped me dig up my first real fossil(not fossilized shells or sharks teeth) which was an ammonite!
