New to BYC

I'm Stacey, and I'm from Nova Scotia, we have a 3 week old ameraucana, three 3 week old Olive eggers, and 9 leghorns. My husband use to have chickens when he was younger, but I am still pretty new to all of this.

Im new and have questions about my call ducks. My qustion is why arent they laying eggs yet. Ive talked to people that already has eggs, what am i doing wrong
