New to BYC!

Hi- I'm new to this site but not chickens! I have raised
Over 20 Silkie and Cochins over the past few yrs
And currently have 4 total - 3 silkies and 1 Cochin
Black rooster. All are between 5-6 wks old.
I will be looking for a home for my rooster ASAP
If anyone would like him- he is sweet and funny
But since I live in a development where we technically
Should not have "livestock" a few silkies are fine as long as they are
Hens.
Looking forward to learning more from all of you!!

visit the "where am I, where are you," thread and post on your state thread. You may have a better chance of finding a home for your young boy, instead of someone who wants him for dinner.

I'm in DE close to PA and N MD- does not seem to be many people
From DE on here even though we are the "Blue Hens" (university of DE!)
I will keep trying to find a good home and not one where he may turn into a meal either!!
Would someone really eat a cute little Bantam!!???
