New to chick rearing and BYC

I am not new to chickens but new to rearing chicks. We have a silkie bantam sitting on 7 eggs, which as far as I can tell are all fertile. She is sitting in the coop where all 6 chickens roost and I was wondering if we should move her to a separate quarters or leave here in the hut she knows. Also once the wee ones hatch (yes I am Scottish) do we just leave them in with all their anties and dad. We have two coops - one with silkie bantams and Seabrights and the other with Japanese Mottled. Both coops have roosters. So are the silkie babies in danger from the others or as they all mix anyway be all ok? I don't want to lose any when the time comes. thanks in anticipation.
