I noticed my hens beaks are cut should I have got hens that don't have that procedure done ...I noticed my Isa brown has trouble getting stuff from the ground when she's trying to get bugs and stuff....hers is quite squared off..??

Production birds, crammed too many into tiny cages are -de-beaked so they cannot fight with each other. It is a very cruel practice.
Your birds can get along fine. Sometimes they will do better if you pile up food in the feeder dish - it makes it easier for them to get some of it into their mouth. They learn to manage. They may have never had an opportunity to eat bugs, they might just need more experience.

I'm sure they think they are in chicken heaven since you have given them a proper home. Thank you for taking them in.

Cute set up, and yes, looks like a leghorn and red sex link..and yes again to..only two for now. Oh, we all know that you will want more!
